Traci Sipniewski is the Academy Director at Lobos Rush. She is a Memphian who grew up playing for Fury Soccer Club and Germantown High School. She played college soccer at Earlham College in Richmond, IN and continued her education at the University of Michigan where she obtained a Masters in Social Work. She has coached ECNL, DPL, and NPL club teams and has coached high school soccer. She is currently the Girls 9v9 Director for TN ODP, a South Region ODP Coach, and the Head Coach for Bartlett High School Girls Varsity team. She holds a United Soccer Coaches Premier Diploma and a USSF A License and is currently enrolled in the USSF Director of Coaching course. She was named the 2019-2020 TN Competitive Coach of the year and the 2020 USYS South Region Coach of the year.

As the Academy Director she is excited to develop a game model and curriculum for the youngest age groups that will develop players as they age in our club. She collaborates with Lobos Rush coaches on sessions plans, positional profiles, and game principles to be implemented throughout the season. It is an exciting time to be a Lobos Rush player due to our involvement in E64 and ECNL-RL.
